Since all of our electric tongue jacks like the Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack # JET-2500 have the access holes for the manual crank handles on top of the jack, I recommend the Trailer Valet JXC Trailer Jack # TV54FR. The trailer tongue jack that will have the most lift would be the Bulldog Rack-and-Gear Jack with Steel Wheel, part # BD165412. The jack is designed to fit A-Frame trailers and has a maximum lift of 19 inches. This jack has a lift capacity of 1,200 lbs. This jack was designed for use on trailers being towed by large 4x4 trucks.

I looked up the trailer and jack you mentioned and wasn't able to find all the specifics about the jack. I did find that it's a pipe mount, and that the jack offers 10 inches of lift. I wasn't able to find its capacity.
For a similar jack, I'd recommend the etrailer Sidewind Swivel Jack, part # TJP-2002S-B. This jack includes a footplate rather than a caster, and would cost less than half the jack they offer.

We do offer repair kits for many jack types, brands and models but we do not have a way to look up the specific brand and model of jack on your 2000 Sundowner gooseneck.
From my research it appears most of the 2-horse gooseneck trailers from Sundowner used a single square jack, like the Bulldog 10K square jack # BD182804. This is a weld-on jack. We also have a Bulldog bolt-on 12V electric jack, part # BD185400 rated for 12K.

I contacted our representative at Fulton. He informed me that the model jack you have referenced, may be the TJ507, as they do not have a record for the TJ5010101 jack. He informed me that the newer model jacks will not fit the older jack mounts. The reason this is, is that a few years back they redesigned the mounts as to make them fit better and rattle less.

All of the swivel trailer jacks that we carry that have wheels have plastic wheels with the exception of the Trailer Valet, # STC-V211. With this jack you also get a trailer mover. The jack has a tongue weight capacity of 500 pounds so if you need a higher capacity you would have to go with a model with a plastic wheel. I was able to find a swivel jack option for you that has a retracted height of 11 inches from the bottom of the wheel to the center of the mounting bracket, but none of the trailer jacks with a caster that we offer have a retracted height of 10 inches or less.

The Lippert # LC69VR jack is meant for an A-Frame trailer and wouldn't be compatible with a straight or pole tongue trailer like what's used on a boat trailer without extensive fabrication work.
This being said, we do have a side-mount powered trailer jack that would work well for you, The Fulton XLT, part # F141401. Most of our sidewind trailer jacks have handles that can be removed. For example, Bulldog sidewind jacks, like # BD182415, and Pro Series sidewind jacks, like # PS1400960376, are attached by a vertical clevis and pin.
The Fulton F2 jacks like the # F1413040134 has a handle that can be replaced with part # F500134 so you can definitely remove that handle.

We have a solution that will work for you, but none of the bolt-on trailer jacks we offer are compatible with a 6 inch tall trailer frame.

Given the 3500 lb weight of your trailer, your tongue weight will be somewhere between 350 and 525 lbs, so you won't need a jack with a super-high capacity. This being said, choosing a jack with a higher rating than you need isn't a bad idea. The jack (as well as you) won't have to work so hard, which means the jack will last longer.

I have never seen a blank cover plate to cover the hole on your trailer A-frame, but you should be able to easily fabricate one out of a steel or aluminum sheet. As an alternative to the Snap Ring Swivel Jack # TJBB-2001-B you could also consider the Ultimate Trailer Jack # 322-RDJ-2K. It's really going to depend on the specific jack if there's the possibility that parts on it can be replaced or if there are even any replacement parts available. For the majority of jacks there will not be replacement parts available and you would need to cut/angle grind the old jack off of the frame and install a new one. The A-Frame Trailer Jack - Topwind - 5,000 lbs. by Dutton-Lainson # DL22772 does not have a grease zerk fitting integrated, sor do any of our other top wind jacks. This doesn't mean they are difficult to maintain, but they do not have that integrated feature. Normally the bigger square topwind jacks do have that feature like # TJD-7000 as well as some of the side wind Swivel jacks.
